The US Court refused Apple to stay on a decision that requires the company to stop charging payments carried out outside the app stores through links in applications.

“Apple ‘bears the burden that the circumstances justify the application of (our) discretion,” the court said. “After reviewing the fact that these are factors, we are not convinced that the stay is accommodated,” he added.
The head of Epic Games Tim Sweeney applauded the court’s decision and said, “The long national nightmare of the apple tax is terminated,” in the X post.
