If you have recently found that your mail app has stuck on an empty white screen, you are not alone. It is happening to my girlfriend, my mother and several thousand people around the world. Here are several solutions.
No mail for you
Over the past few days, the growing number of iPhone users announced that the e -mail app shows an open blank screen, does not respond or dislike.
This problem seems to be influenced by various iPhone models, suggesting that this is a software problem bound to iOS 18.5. Apple still has to acknowledge this problem.
Interestingly, while iOS 18.5 was released last month, the widespread news of this problem has only recently emerged. Users across platforms, such as Reddit, Apple Support Communities and Makrumory, share their experience, suggesting that the problem is not isolated.
Temporary solutions
Although there is no formal fix yet, some users have found time solutions, include the iPhone restart, the power to close the e-mail application, deactivate the keyboard self-protection, and intelligent punctuation, and reinstall the email application.
However, these solutions are not permanent and the problem is often repeated.
Nothing of Apple
From now on, Apple did not officially see sales. The company’s status page also does not mean any problems with the post office application and there was no formal communication that would look fixed.
